The "SunSpring" label began several decades ago with ventures in publishing, travel, real estate, and internet services.
In 1999, following a strategic alliance and the purchase of a very large package of residential building lots in the beautiful Arkansas Ozark
Mountains, "SunSpring Properties LLC" was organized as a domestic Arkansas company.
Marcel and Beverly Demas, husband and wife Managing Partners of the new Arkansas company, accepted the mission to use their extensive real estate experience to
acquire even more lake area land in The Natural State, and to attractively package, market, and resell it in a manner that "anyone anywhere" could become owners of this prime vacation/retirement
land. Their motto became: "Buy SunSpring land - because buying land shouldn't have to cost you the earth..."
And they've lived up to it!
By 2006 SunSpring Properties had bought or sold over two thousand residential building lots in the north Arkansas Ozarks and continues to carry attractive
terms, making it possible for literally "anyone anywhere" to own a beautiful piece of America. SunSpring has sold land to satisfied customers from each of the 50 USA states, and from many other
countries around the world.
The Arkansas company has grown from a 'mom and pop' operation to include Associates Aaron, Amber, Kathleen, Matthew, and Misty, who provide services to ensure that
SunSpring Properties lives up to its mission goal. All of these associates voluntarily work from their own home office to keep overhead costs and SunSpring's land prices low.
