The North Arkansas Ozarks is a mild four-season area, just two states up from the Gulf of Mexico. Golf courses and most facilities are open year 'round. As a Cherokee Village property owner you are entitled to a Cherokee Village "Owner's Card" so you can use the facilities even if you are not a village resident.

As an absentee property owner you can rent a fully-furnished house on a lake by the day or week (book well ahead), or park your rv or tent at the campground right in the village, and use all the facilities as if you were a resident.

Cherokee Village Owner's Card

You are entitled to a Cherokee Village owner's card if you already have the deed to your lot. Take a copy of your SunSpring deed with you to the Surburban Improvement District (SID) Office in Cherokee Village to get your card.
