The address to send the deed to.
Your choice of one of the following ways to take title (item "e" is often chosen by couples):

a) JOHN AND MARY DOE, HUSBAND AND WIFE. (we'll replace the Doe with your name)

b) JOHN DOE, A SINGLE PERSON.

c) MARY DOE, A SINGLE PERSON.

d) DOE COMPANY LLC, AN (ARKANSAS) COMPANY.

e) JOHN DOE AND JIM DOE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP.

f) JOHN DOE AND JIM DOE, AS TENANTS IN COMMON.

If you paid in full, your free and clear Arkansas deed will be prepared, processed, and in the mail to you soon after we receive the information above. If you are buying on terms, you will receive the deed soon after making your final payment.
